Frequently Asked Questions
What is a consultation?
The consultation is used to see the space or spaces that are causing stress and discuss a plan of action. Measurements are taken so design ideas can begin and timeline is discussed. This is also a time to understand the client’s goal for the space and how they ideally would like the space to function. Consultations can be completed virtually when necessary.
Do I need to be present for the session?
You do not need to be present for the entire organizing process, but we do ask that you are available. Your feedback throughout the process helps ensure your needs and expectations are being met.
Do I need to buy supplies?
When supplies are necessary, we plan and will bring items based on your needs and your space. We charge a $125 shopping fee for research, purchase, and handling returns. If you already have organizing materials or don’t want to purchase anything, we can work with that too.
Will I have to get rid of my belongings?
You will never have to separate yourself from your things if you are not willing to. At times, people are resistant to the change and may just need a little encouragement. We can work with you and wherever you are in your comfort zone. We will find the best solution possible.
What spaces do you organize?
We organize space from the attic to the basement and everything in between. Think kitchens, pantries, closets, mudrooms, playrooms, bathrooms, and even garages! You name it, we can organize it!
Do I need to do anything before you show up?
Nope! It's actually better for us to see the space in the way you normally would have it. This gives us a better sense of how you/your family operates on a day to day basis and helps us to create a space that is ideal for you.
